to disability employment began in 2021 when we moved operations from the Bronx to Elmsford and were looking for a way to make a positive impact on our new community. We found a perfect match with The Arc Westchester

IN 2023,
Zaro's Bakery received "The Arc New York's Employer Recognition Award" for excellence in inclusive employment and was honored alongside other inclusive employers in New York for its dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
